Amylu Foods, Inc. must be notified via the company's toll-free telephone line 1-800-233-9629 (not by email) within two (2) business days after receipt of order. We reserve the right to fully investigate or refuse claims that we believe may be unfounded or fraudulent.
If you are not satisfied with any of our products purchased at a retailer that is unable to provide you with a refund, we will be happy to provide a full refund with a copy of the original store receipt.
All of our products are rushed to you via FedEx delivery. Shipping is added to your order at Checkout. This premium shipping is essential to preserve the delicate flavor balance and quality we have created for you. Please note that orders placed on Friday or over the weekend will not ship until Monday as FedEx cannot deliver perishable food items over the weekend.
To further ensure optimum flavor, each order is hand selected and individually packed. Your order is then packed in an insulated cooler with ice gel packs, and finally placed in its corrugated shipping container. You will receive a confirmation of your order sent to the email address you have provided.
All orders require a valid street address (sorry, no P.O. Boxes). Damage due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses voids our guarantee. Please make sure to double check ALL addresses.
