|4-6 links||Sausages by Amylu Andouille Chicken Sausage|
|1 large||Green pepper|
|16 med.||Shrimp, peeled and deveined|
|Cajun seasoning: Sprinkle to cover all sides of kabob.|
- Slice each Sausages by Amylu Andouille Chicken Sausage link into 6-8 pieces on the diagonal.
- Cut potatoes into cubes and parboil for about 3 minutes.
- Slice peppers and pineapple into large pieces.
- Arrange on skewers in alternating order or let your guests make their own!
- Grill, turning frequently, until all pieces are browned; remember Sausages by Amylu are already fully cooked.
- Serve over your favorite rice.
